17th Hole Werneth Low Golf Course

The 17th hole is an elevated tee going slightly round a small field to your left and is named “Low End” it’s a 375yd Par 4 off the yellow blocks.

Off the Tee the shot is to the left up the hill, on the left there is a small field anywhere slightly right of the corner of that is a good line.

The fairway is gradual uphill to the green with a bunker central in the fairway but it’s a good hit to reach it from the tee. A second shot to the left side of the green is the safe option.

The green has a bank up to the left and falls away to the right and a small grass gulley at the back left.

18th Hole Werneth Low Golf Course

The 18th hole named Big Bent is a uphill tee shot blind Par 4 383yds off the yellows, a marker post at the top of the hill helps you out but always aim to the left of it as it is more a guide line from when you previously played the Par 5 7th from the Tee further back. This hole is another hole that is sponsored.
.
If there is wind against it is probably one of if not the hardest hole on the course it is S.I. 6 without the wind and is a tough hole in normal conditions.
Your Tee shot looks like this there is a marker post in the centre of the top of the hill but not visible in this picture, aim to the left as previously stated and you should be nicely in the centre of the fairway.
At the top of the hill the fairway goes straight with a slight dogleg to the left a good Tee shot will leave you well up this fairway.
Further up the fairway you will take an iron into here aiming to the right of the green is recommended as left runs away and will leave you a tricky shot.
The 18th Green is the same green as the 7th hole a fairly large green sloping at the front for the first quarter it has a bunker front left and three bunkers front, middle and back on the right.

Wychwood Park Clubhouse,Pictures,Scorecard & Course Layout

Wychwood Park Golf Club is a European PGA tour-standard course opened in 2002, at 7213 yards off the championship tees, it provides the ultimate challenge for golfers. Greens are to USGA standard and we have hosted a PGA Euro Pro Tour event back in 2005 and now in 2009.This is a course in my top ten I was fortunate enough to play here twice in one day.Its set in a vast area of land with modern day detached houses surrounding, there is a bit of leg work between greens and tees but enjoying the view will soon kill that time. The Par 3,s on this course are to me just what you want to play as a golfer very testing and picturesque and the Par 5,s long, but not to long that you still think you can get there in two. Facilities and hospitality brilliant a must to me to be revisited.

Withington Pictures & Scorecard

Withington Golf Club is a splendid parkland course located along the winding and very picturesque River Mersey. At par 71 and almost 6500 yards in length it offers a challenge to the most discerning player and at the same time is a pleasure for the higher handicapper. Great course this is located in between Northenden and Didsbury Golf Clubs a most enjoyable course it has a nice little testing Par 3 to open with and is followed by a great dogleg left Par 4 another course I hope to re-visit one day I really enjoyed my round here.

(anyone who has a clubhouse picture please forward it would be most grateful thanks)

Willow Valley Clubhouse,Pictures,Scorecard & Course Layout

Willow Valley Golf Club  has been designed to capture the imagination of proficient golfers. Ensuring your guests, cannot resist the the temptation to return and enjoy the continued challenges thrown up by the course. With heavily bunkered fairways and greens, combined with testing water hazards on 11 of its 18 holes, the course can challenge the most experienced golfer.Well what can I say great course, water, long holes, good Par 3,s, easy access, great facilities and most of all good fun. I recommend a buggy if its your first time here its a bit long on the old legs but don't let that put you off its a course you will return to believe me.

Whitefield Clubhouse,Pictures & Scorecard

Whitefield Golf Club no matter whatever your handicap is, you’ll find that Whitefield is one of those courses that will stretch your skills to their limits. Famous for its Par 3's, the variety and appeal of this mature parkland course are endless.Yet another course I have not played as much as I would of liked to, really enjoyed playing here has a bit of everything and to me is suitable for anybody, you can open your shoulders up but also you need some good touches around the greens, will be revisiting here this year (2012) not sure when yet but hoping to get some more photos and updated information. All new Information will be put on as soon as I can.
