Chester Le Street Golf Club is an enjoyable course it is mostly parkland with forestry surrounding the majority of the Eastern boundaries, with the banks of River Wear for most of the Western boundaries. Most of the fairways run in opposing North to South directions.Great course and would suit any handicapper.Only ever played here on corporate days shotgun start, some great up and down hill holes,doglegs,short and long holes a great course all round.The clubhouse is modern and I've had very tasty and well presented meals in there,i would say another course that would be enjoyable to every type of golfer.
